Service
GreatsHub AI Shopping Assistant provides product discovery, policy answers, and Shopify cart assistance.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must configure accurate support information, comply with applicable laws, and review AI-generated storefront behavior.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify App Pricing and can be changed from Shopify Admin.
Availability
External Shopify and OpenAI services can occasionally be unavailable. The app provides controlled error and support fallback behavior.
