Data we process
We process merchant configuration, storefront chat messages, commerce tool results, and usage metadata only to provide the app.
Security
Credentials are encrypted at rest. Store data is tenant-isolated and transmitted over HTTPS.
Retention
Expired conversations are removed according to the configured retention period. Shopify compliance requests are verified before processing.
Customer data
Order data is accessed only for verified agent-originated orders and only after Shopify grants the required access.
